Chef Nicky and her entire team were fantastic! Very professional, friendly and accommodating. The four dinners she provided our group of 24 were over the top delicious and creative. We'll definitely be using her services again.

What an amazing experience! Chef Nicky and her staff were truly amazing. The food they prepared was 5 star. From the salads to the sides to the main courses and don’t forget about her famous sour dough bread. I would highly recommend her for any large or small events. She will leave you speechless with how good all of her food is.

All I can say is Yum Yum Yum. The food was great and we all really enjoyed the smiling and grateful staff. Highly highly recommend them for your next catering need.

I participated in a 4 day golf event Nicki and her team catered. She was punctual for set-up. Uniquely themed menus each night with items being absolutely delicious. My only complaint with Nicki is that I GAINED 4Lbs. because the food was so good. I cannot recommend Nicki and her team highly enough!!

We had a four day golf event for 24 guys and Nicki and her team did for dinners for us .Each of the dinners were outstanding and very different for each night . Her and the team arrived 3 hours before dinner and prepared everything for scratch the cleaned the entire area before and after dinner . Each night was just over the top with outstanding food that everyone enjoyed . Her and the team were so engaging and fun to have around that we agreed to use here for the next 5 years of our trip .

I was recently in Orlando for a golf tournament with a large group and Chef Nicky and her family prepared 3 fabulous dinners for us...each with a different theme. Every dish she prepared was restaurant quality, but done in the comfortable confines of our rented home. Her team was amazing from set up to clean up. HIGHLY recommend!

Each night had a different theme with multiple protein choices expertly prepared. Nicky and her group were very engaging and professional. I can't wait until next year to see what she has planned for us.

I was one of the fortunate 24 who experienced the beautiful food prepared for our four night event. Each meal was unique and delicious. The Tiramisu and the empanadas were particularly memorable.

We held a four day golf trip and Nicki and her team prepare four different dinners for us during our event .Each dinner was very different but all were outstanding . They arrive well before our dinner time and cleaned and prepare each from scratch served the meal in a first class manner and left the area in prefect condition . They were very engaged and fun for us to be around answering each and everyone of our question . She changed some of the items on the fly based on what people asked .Making dinner for 24 hungry guys each night is not easy but they made it look that way .We will use Nicki and here team for our annual event again next year into the future . Not only is Chef Nicki a great cook but she chatted w/ us throughout the evening answering our questions. Chef Nicky looked after us really well and the food was terrific!! Thanks for setting it all up and you can be assured that if I try this again she will be top of my list. Thank you for making my husbands 40th bday so special!

I hired Chef Nicolette Mejia and her helper for my wife's 50th birthday celebration. I was not in attendance because it was an all girls weekend. Everyone one of the ladies in attendance, including my wife we amazed by everything. They said Chef Nicolette was top notch and that they would recommend her for any event. They said the food was excellent and the plate presentation was that of a fine dinning establishment. They were even impressed by their cleanup and the storing of the left over food. I would rate Chef Nicolette and her helper at the highest level. My wife cried she was so happy. I highly recommend Chef Nicolette for any event you may be having. Top Notch!!!

Nicolette and her soya chef were phenomenal. They arrived on time, had everything needed to prepare the fabulous dinner for our friend’s 50th birthday. From the appetizers to the dessert - they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend Terra Nova!

We’ve never done this before so we weren’t sure what to expect & it was the best experience (better than any restaurant) & that includes the food! The last time we had food this delicious & presented this way was in Italy. Actually, this was BETTER than Italy! We were thoroughly blown away at everything including how professional/amazing they both were. One last thing, I don’t care for cheesecake but I ate the entire piece that was served b/c it was perfection.

Chef Nicky & her team were AMAZING!! They served us an outstanding sit down dinner for my wife's 60th Birthday at an airbnb for 14 of us! The food was delicious and again Nicky, Sandra & Stephan were so great between serving and asking if we want/ need anything, being our photographers and then cleaning and all in all being wonderful people to talk to!! A truly great experience with the food AND company! -

Everything was wonderful! The food was enjoyed by our entire team. Food allergies were handled so carefully and lovingly. The crew and chef were amazing, pleasant and helpful. We will use Terra Nova for many years to come!

Chef Nicky was amazing! She catered a dinner for 8 friends on a golf vacation. Fantastic appetizers. Delicious main courses. Dessert was amazing as well! I would recommend her to everyone and we would book her again next year for our trip!!
