Chef and Owner, Nicolette Mejia, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Florida. Chef Nicky experience includes executive chef positions at some of Orlando and Los Angeles restaurants, hotels, private homes and catering companies. These experiences as an executive chef in charge of chefs and dining captains set Terra Nova Catering apart from other catering companies.
